Once you're signed in, click on the download icon on the track bar and select the file type you’d like to download. As soon as you select the file type, your download will begin.
Check the download history in your Library to see if the track is listed there. You can also download your songs from this page.
If you’re still unable to get the track you need, check out your email inbox for the checkout email we send out after you’ve downloaded a song. This message is sent out so you have another way to verify your license for use and offer an alternative option to download.
