There are several ways that you can verify if you’ve received an additional 2 months free on your subscription: 


  1. Visit Plan & Billings in your Account to view your subscription info. In the Payments section, you’ll be able to see when your account is scheduled for renewal.

  2. Check out your subscription invoice. There you can see when your account is scheduled to renew.


When you check:

  • If you see 14 months from the time you paid, then you’ve definitely received the benefit.
  • If you’re seeing 1 year from the date that you paid, please contact us and our team will make sure you receive the additional time on your subscription.
