Yearly payments are available for all of our subscriptions, but monthly payments are only available with a Social Creator plan. Changing your subscription is dependent on the status of your existing account.
Before we can make a change to your account, please review our terms to ensure that your future use will be covered by our Social Creator plan. The Social Creator plan has more limitations than the Creator Pro plan, for example:
Only 1 user on the account
The assets can not be used for advertisements or commercial projects
The assets are only licensed for projects that you share on the social accounts listed on your subscription
If you would like to keep your current plan and renew with a monthly plan:
- Contact us and our team will update your plan.
- When the account expires, you will be renewed automatically for a monthly Social Creator plan.
If you would like to stop your current yearly plan and change to a monthly plan:
- Contact us and our team will update your plan.
- You will be automatically refunded for the difference based on the amount of time remaining in your current subscription.
