Did your account renew and you don't need a subscription right now?


You will qualify for a refund if the following conditions are met:

  • Payment was made within the last 14 days
  • You have not downloaded or used any assets since your renewal


Please contact us with the email and name of your account. If all the conditions are met, then our team will process a refund for you & send a confirmation once it's completed.
